Truth: The sources of chronic stress are complex and camouflaged.
The 1st thing you need to prevent or recover from burnout is:
Identify your real stress triggers.
Your stress load is unique to you. And it's not only about the external circumstances that make life challenging.
Stress triggers exist inside of you. They are entwined with evolutionary aspects of yourself that could take years to uncover in traditional talk therapy.
This is why generic stress-management techniques are not enough to effectively manage chronic stress.
In Awaken Your Inner Power, we use a Rapid Depth Framework (RDF) to quickly identify your hidden stress programs to ensure you can achieve authentic and sustainable recovery from toxic stress.

Recovering from toxic stress is no different than losing weight, getting physically fit, or learning a new language. The odds of success going it alone while in your same environment are about as good as winning the lottery.
